Frequently asked questions
What happens when my credits run out?
Nothing is charged behind your back. With an empty balance, a new run does not start until you add credits. Ultra and Enterprise runs are never stopped by the balance, and every plan can set an optional monthly spend cap.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. Cancel, upgrade or downgrade from your billing dashboard at any time, with no cancellation fees or lock-in. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle, and a canceled plan stays active until the period you paid for ends.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial: a limited allotment, not a recurring monthly quota. It runs a mini-council of the three most affordable models through the same workflow as every paid plan, and remaining credits roll over. No credit card is required.
